Terms & Condition

EliteEase shall provide the Services using reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your Requests and reasonable instructions from time to time.

Services will be provided in English.

Please note that you will be responsible for completing the VISA process on your own with the assistance of information that we will provide you. In order to travel to Nigeria, visa applications should be started as soon as possible; any delay in completion will not result in a refund from EliteEase. VISA on arrival is highly suggested for individuals that are not located near a Nigerian consulate and we will provide assistance in this process. Please note the cost of VISA on Arrival can range from $330-$400 Guests agree to have their personal information held by EliteEase

Failure to adhere to house rules can result in the loss of the caution fee or the entire booking.

EliteEase reserve the right to refuse to provide the Services should any payment due under these Conditions not be received.

EliteEase reserves the right to deny basic concierge requests from Guests if Guests repeatedly fail to honour their bookings or continuously violate cancellation policies.

Guests may place Requests by telephone (which does not include text messages), e-mail or through the Contact us section of the Website.

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable $200 processing fee

The Guest acknowledges that the sales contract for the supply of goods and/or services made as a result of a request is between the Member and the relevant Supplier and that EliteEase is not a party to such contract.

If a Request for a specific product or service is not available, EliteEase may offer you substitute products or services of a similar description and standard. You may at your sole discretion refuse acceptance of such substitute products and/or services and request a full refund in the event that payment has already been made to the Supplier for the unavailable product or service.

Payment for all products and services shall be due immediately upon acceptance of the order by the relevant Supplier.

The Guest further acknowledges that for goods purchased on his or her behalf by EliteEase directly from a Supplier, returns and exchanges will be subject to the terms and conditions of that Supplier and returns or exchange of goods purchased may not always be permitted. In circumstances where EliteEasee is asked to source a specific item for a Member, EliteEase shall inform the Guest of the refund and exchange policy of that Supplier in advance. EliteEase shall not be liable to the Guest where a Supplier does not accept the return or exchange of an item.

We will inform you when we become aware that a refund of an order has been processed by a Supplier.
